How does the deposit work? We ask for a deposit of 500 euros. The entire amount must be transferred before your departure. The (weekly) costs of 250 euros for cleaning, water, laundry etc. are paid directly to the people themselves, via the lady at the check-in Martina.

How far is it to the sea? The nearest harbour of Villa Nova is a 10-minute drive from Ostuni. Most beach bars start below Villa Nova towards Torre Canne and then towards Savalletri. Torre Canne is about 20 minutes by car. The beach bars at Capitolo are about half an hour’s drive away.

Do I always have to book from Saturday to Saturday? Unfortunately yes, especially in high season. All rental sites use this weekly rhythm and otherwise it will go wrong. But we can always see if something is possible. You can always stay shorter or arrive later.

Can I bring my pet? No, so sorry. Pets are not allowed.
